We strive to provide professional and reliable services. Service details, pricing, and timelines will be agreed upon before commencement. While every effort is made to complete work within the agreed timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may result in delays.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in South African Rands and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment terms will be outlined in each quote, invoice or agreement.

Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us within a reasonable time. 
Cancellations at short notice may incur charges.

5. Liability

We take all reasonable care in the provision of our services. However, Good Hope Plumbing will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

Where applicable, warranties for workmanship or products will be outlined in writing. Any misuse, neglect, or alteration of work performed voids these warranties.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, safe access to the site, and ensuring that the work area is clear and ready for service.

8. Privacy

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
